The KZN CTC Executive Committee is responsible for ensuring the effective and transparent management of the KZN Clothing & Textile Cluster, and guiding the implementation of the two-year business plans for the three focus programmes: Manufacturing Competitiveness, Human Resource Development, and Stakeholder Interface.

Each of the three Technical Steering Committee (TSC) chairs, responsible for guiding the individual programmes, is represented on the executive, with additional representation from government officials, stakeholders, and two senior facilitators from B&M Analysts.
